Teresa L. Weston, LCAT, ATR-BC is a multidimensional and highly creative Art Therapist and Counselor with diverse experience working with varying populations. She has a focus on working with youth who have experienced trauma, have behavioral and mental health concerns as well as multi-diagnosed individuals, children on the Autistic spectrum along with their families. Teresa advocates for, as well as provides all "artists" a safe and non judgmental space to express themselves and discover the process of art making and self-expression, honestly and creatively. Teresa believes that building rapport and trust is one of the most important parts of the therapeutic relationship.Teresa has professional experience with families and children both in NYC and WNY.
